About Us Kay Bee Communications is headed up by Karin Burger. Since beginning work as an Event Manager in Germany in 1989, she has run a wide variety of events ranging from a conference series in the field of optical engineering to Awards ceremonies for over 1,000 guests, Meet the Buyer events, exhibitions in Wales, the UK, and all over Europe as well as event and product launches and assisting in the European Summit in Cardiff in 1998. Mandy Watkins has recently joined Kay Bee Communications. Mandy has experienced a varied and challenging career within the financial services and training industry and holds a post graduate certificate in training and education as well as a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Wales (Newport). She has organised a number of in-house events encompassing staff seminars, training, and incentive days. We consciously keep staff to a few core members in order to keep overheads low – this in turn benefits our clients through low rates. Following its inception in 2001, Kay Bee Communications has run on average 5 to 10 events a year involving all of the above aspects from idea to final report.
